It was in the 1980’s we planted our very first Sauvignon Blanc plants in our very own Henderson Valley vineyard along the Opanuku Creek and it didn't take long to realise this wine would exceed expectation and become our number one white grape variety.
A classic tropical Sauvignon Blanc that has bright acidity which is crisp with zesty aromatics. Serve Chilled.
