A Premium New Zealand Merlot made from an ultra low yielding single vineyard in Bridge Pa, Hawkes Bay. Harvested in perfect condition and fermented using wild yeasts to natural high temperatures, this wine was finally aged and matured in French Oak for 12 months keeping to tradition of the Old World approach to winemaking.

Unfined and lightly filtered to bottle.

Awarded Gold Medal at 2019 CWSA.
